“Holy shit,” I said as I got off the treadmill.
“You did a lot better today,” Stephen said as he handed me a water bottle.
“Tell that to my legs,” I responded as my thighs felt like they were on fire.
I didn’t know trying to get into a man’s pants would be so hard.
I had tried everything, low-cut tops, with my boobs spilling out, telling him my bra size, flirting, and none of it worked.

“If you’re serious about toning up, you have to do some cardio,” Stephen reiterated.
