Growing Pains Chapter Two: The Date.
Lauren invites Nick to go out with her and a few friends.
“So, she has big boobs?” Keller asked as we sat down in his classroom for lunch.
We both hated going to the lunchroom with all the others.
“Really big, supposedly,” I shrugged. “I haven’t seen them.”
“What about her sister?” Keller asked.
“You’re married!” I stated.
I had to remind Keller about his wife, Helen, numerous times a week.
Keller always found someone he was interested in every day.
Luckily for us, most of the female teachers were happily married, or they knew about Keller.
“I am sure she flirts with some of her male friends,” Keller shrugged.
“Doubt it,” I replied.
I had met Helen twice at the teacher’s meetings. She did not seem the type to flirt. She was as strait-laced as anyone I knew. She didn’t even laugh at any jokes.
“Oh, you don’t know her,” Keller smiled. “She’s a big flirt at heart.”
I shook my head at that thought.
